More than ever the Frontline Workforce is being asked to know more and do more, even as factories become more automated and smarter. The fact is; factories still need people to do things and make decisions but is your workforce equipped with the tools to allow them to succeed?

Employee success drives company success:

• Employee turnover – Capturing tribal knowledge before employees leave, onboarding new employees faster
• Standardization of best practices – Developing and institutionalizing SOPs through alerts, forms and workflows
• Analyzing and Optimizing activities – Tracking mobile device use for forms and workflows allows for optimization over time supporting real-world continuous process improvement.

Merging mobile device technology with alerts, forms and workflows while integrating data from various backend databases, allows for an information rich platform that takes frontline workers to the next level of productivity, not only on the plant floor but across the entire value chain.
