With communication, collaboration, and visibility long-time factors in supply chain success, is AI helping? Speed is of the essence for supply chain performance, and AI is delivering that in some areas. We will discuss what has been improving outcomes for you and your ecosystem of suppliers, partners, and customers.

• Does AI play a role? Are you using it in your supply chain software, or on top of your supply chain data?
• How about Robotic Process Automation (RPA)? Are you automating as many of the repetitive, tedious tasks in your operation as possible using these methods? Again, are your software suppliers offering that in the software you use?
• Are new optimization and prediction methods improving your outcomes beyond where traditional statistics and Monte Carlo simulations could?
• Where are you focusing your efforts right now: planning, scheduling, procurement, transportation, logistics, and warehousing, supplier management, supplier quality, or customer communication?
